Welcome to Adora – a Medical Day Spa

Before Your Treatment

Please arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check-in, enjoy a refreshment, and relax. Please know that a late arrival may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

A credit card or gift card number may be required to reserve your appointment. Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid being charged the full price of your service.

Same day cancellations and no-show appointments for Medical Spa Procedures and Consultations will be charged a flat fee of $100.00.

For spa packages that require multiple appointments, we require at least 72 hours notice of cancellation.

What to Wear

Please come dressed comfortably. If you choose, you may wear a swimsuit for any of our spa body treatments or the Adora Signature Airbrush Tan. For spa packages, a robe and slippers will be provided. Lockers are available at your request for your personal belongings.

Children

Spa services are available to guests of all ages. Guests under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent and may require supervision. Out of respect for our other guests, and for your child’s safety, children are not allowed in the treatment area or lobby unless they are receiving services.

Our peaceful atmosphere is designed for adults. We want you to relax and enjoy your spa experience, so please make other arrangements for your children during your appointment time.

Pets

As much as we love pets here at Adora Day Spa, there is a no pets policy on our property. Service animals are the only pets allowed on the property and must be under control and on a leash at all times.

Clients who require service animals* must inform Adora Day Spa that they are bringing a service animal prior to arrival. Please keep in mind that there may be limited space for large animals. Please discuss this with our staff.

*Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Guests may be asked what work or task the animal has been trained to perform. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Electronic Devices & Other Valuables

Please turn off your cellular phone and other electronic devices to avoid interruptions during your treatment. Because we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items, please leave jewelry, watches, and valuables at home.
